Eat Natural toasted muesli...with nuts and seeds

For those who love a bit of a crunch and don't mind some noise in the morning. It's a breakfast with bite...an absolute forest floor of autumnal goodies.

Ingredients

Oats 21%, toasted ryecrumbs 17% (wheat flour, rye flour, malt flour, yeast, salt), honey 15%, sunflower seeds 10%, pumpkin seeds 7%, shredded coconut 7%, crisped rice 7% (rice, sugar), almonds 4%, almond oil 4%, linseeds 3%, hazelnuts 2%, sugar 2%.

Food sensitivity and allergy advice:

Suitable for vegetarians. Contains nuts and gluten. In our Makery, we use peanuts, soya, sesame seeds and cow's milk. We can't be absolutely sure they won't find their way into this toasted muesli.
