Eat Natural gluten free toasted muesli...with buckwheat

Buckwheat is a bit special...although it's not a cereal, its can be used in exactly the same. The thing is...there's no gluten. And, not only is it jolly good for you, but it's really tasty too...especially when it's roasted and combined with all sorts of other stuff.

Ingredients

Buckwheat 20%, pumpkin seeds 14%, sunflower seeds 14%, raisins 14%, sultanas 14%, shredded coconut 9%, honey 5%, crisped rice 4% (rice, sugar), linseeds 4%, almond oil, sugar, cinnamon 0.2%.

Food sensitivity and allergy advice:

Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Contains nut oil. In our Makery, we use nuts, peanuts, soya, sesame seeds and cow's milk. We can't be absolutely sure they won't find their way into this toasted muesli.
