Dates 24%, walnuts 22%, glucose syrup, sultanas 13%, crisped rice (rice, sugar), honey, pumpkin seeds 5%, dried apricots 4%.
Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Contains nuts. In our Makery, we use peanuts, soya, sesame seeds and cow's milk. We can't be absolutely sure they won't find their way into this bar.
