Inspired by Nan's Bakewell tarts, this is a nostalgic recipe of almonds, cherries, cherry jam and smooth yoghurt coating.
Yoghurt flavour coating 20% (vegetable oil, sugar, milk whey, dried yoghurt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), almonds 13%, glucose syrup, dried apricots 10%, shredded coconut 8%, crisped rice (rice, sugar), sultanas 8%, dried cherries 6% (cherries, sugar, sunflower oil), dried cranberries 6% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), cherry jam 4% (sugar, cherries), honey.
Gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. Contains nuts and cow's milk. In our Makery, we use peanuts, soya and sesame seeds. We can't be absolutely sure they won't find their way into this bar.
