Whether you’re taking part in the run or simply enjoying a great day out, why not pop over to the Eat Natural marquee for one of our delicious fruit and nut bars and a cup of tea…FOR FREE!
For the past few years, we’ve been happy to provide those taking part with Eat Natural bars in their runners’ goody bags. However, this year, as official Bupa Great Run food sponsors, there’ll be free Eat Natural bars for everybody at four of the main events across the country. Yes, it’s all on us – just our way of joining in at a great series of events.
After the success of Edinburgh and Manchester, our next port of call will be at The Great North Run, Newcastle (Sunday 19th September).
…after this, you can us at The Great South Run, Portsmouth (Sunday 24th October).

The packs are available now in the Free From sections of Waitrose, Asda (and a few more places soon).
And for those of you who still find 35g a bit 'girly' and 'not up to the job', there are FOUR bars in every pack, so you could always have two.

Curiouser and curiouser…strange things have been going on down at the Makery recently…as all the team enjoyed an Alice in Wonderland themed tea and games party.
A great time was had by everyone…although I'm sure that we have more than our fair share of Mad Hatters.
